His Yearbook Scribing, Does It Match?

This is going to be one of those things where both sides are expceted to parade a phalanx of "experts" to determine if what he wrote in a 1983 matches the ransom note. So far there are mixed results with respect to what the experts have to say and futher leads me to believe that there will be a revolving door of these forensic handwriting experts, if and when this case comes to trial.

However, it's not that quite simple. They will not just be focusing on this yearbook handwriting analysis. The big deal about the yearbook is his reference to SBTC. In his
yearbook he says Maybe I Shall Be The Conquerer. Which if you turn it into an acronym is SBTC, the "name" of the group that supposedly was going to kidnap JonBenet.

Here is the
ransom note. What do you think? Are they similar?

One so called expert, Curt Baggett, co-founder of the School of Forensic Document Examination says that he is 99.9% sure that John Mark Harmon wrote the kidnapping note. While others are not so sure. Which leads me back to paragraph one. If and when this case gets in front of a jury, the only opinions that will count are the 12 men and women who may be tasked to weigh the evidence and come to a conclusion on whether or not he killed JonBenet.

If you were on the jury, what do you make of these two handwriting samples?
