My head, it shacks!
Take a look at all the legal shit that went down today in this case. It's a mountain of motions and paperwork. Oh and by the way, John Mark Karr's first court appearance in a Boulder courtroom is scheduled for Monday at approximately 4:00 PM EST.

Yea, wow. Looks like Karr has landed a PD that knows what he is doing. I am impressed.
The only thing the press reported was that he motioned to seal karr's handwriting on the PD application.
